In order to be included on the locator map you MUST provide a valid physical address that is associated with you or the location where your products may be purchased. The locator map uses the Google Maps API; therefore, the address provided must something that Google Maps can understand and display. You may choose to not display the physical address when the pin is clicked but the address must be provided in order for the map pin to be generated. PO Boxes, blank addresses, or addresses not associated with you are not permitted. If you do not want to provide a physical address, choose one of the “Registry Only” options.

Provide contact information for your honey. It should match what is on your honey label. You do not need to include all forms of contact but you should provide at least one way for someone to contact you.

Pollen Analysis Report

In order to be listed as a Sourwood producer you must submit a copy of a pollen analysis report performed within the past 12 months showing that your honey contains 51% or more Sourwood pollen. You can upload a copy here now or submit it later via email.
