An optional in-hive field day will be offered at the NCSU Lake Wheeler Honey Bee Research Facility in Raleigh on March 28th (rain date April 4).

We will provide a light lunch and refreshments. Weather permitting, we will have a hive of bees that will be manipulated by one of our beekeepers. The hive will be inside a cage; so protective gear is not necessary.
