Join or Renew Your Membership to the NCSBA

NOTE: Some local chapters include NCSBA dues in their chapter dues. If that is the case with your local chapter, please join or renew through them directly.
  • Your membership number can be found on your membership card. You may also request your member number using your email address.
  • Please enter the name of ONE person. Each NCSBA membership is for one individual or company representative. The Preferred name is used on conference name badges and in correspondence.
  • You can be listed under only one local Chapter in the NCSBA “Yellow Book” membership directory. If you choose to have no Chapter affiliation you will be designated “At-Large”.

  • Select your preferences regarding communication from the NCSBA. Details on how this information is used are available in the NCSBA Privacy and Communication Policy

The quarterly NCSBA Bee Buzz newsletter will be sent to you by email unless choose one of the other options.

The annual “Yellow Book” (the NCSBA membership directory) is mailed to members as a printed copy. It is not available electronically. If you would prefer not to have a hard copy mailed to you, please indicate above.

Emails will not be used to advertise products or services but only for communication from the leadership. One can opt out of receiving emails at anytime. By NC law, emails can be used to send general information to members but not to conduct official business. A member must specifically grant the NCSBA permission to be notified by electronic means in order to conduct business. Such business would include a notice of a vote to amend the constitution and bylaws. It is the intention of the leadership to be able to also use email as a means of notice of official business. This is a much more efficient and environmental friendly method. The default method is via first class mail.
  • The annual membership year is January 1 though December 31.

Individual and Commercial memberships are annual. Permanent memberships are a one-time payment.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, pdf.
To be eligible "Permanent (55+)" membership you must be 55 years of age or older and furnish age-verification (e.g., copy of drivers license). Upload a jpg, jpeg, gif, png, pdf file. Maximum file size is 3MB.
