NCSBA 2025 Summer Conference Registration

Fees listed below are advance registration fees. Walk-in fees will be $20.00 higher for Individual and Family registrations. Advance registration deadline is 11:59pm, Sunday, June 29, 2025. Registration fees are non-refundable after June 29, 2025. If you would prefer to pay by check and register by mail, download the mail-in registration form.

If you are now or have ever been a member of the NCSBA select "NCSBA member". Your member number will be required. Your membership number can be found on your membership card. You may also request your member number using your email address. Members who renew their NCSBA membership through their local chapter should ensure that the payment has been completely processed (that is, submitted to the NCSBA and not being held by the local Chapter) so that their registration can be completed. You may also pay your NCSBA dues along with the conference registration fee.

Membership

Members who have NOT paid their Annual Dues for this year may do so by selecting one of the options below. Members who renew through their local chapter should ensure that the payment has been completely processed (that is, submitted to the NCSBA and not being held by the local Chapter) so that their registration can be completed.
Dues
Individual memberships are annual. Permanent memberships are a one-time payment. The annual membership year is January 1 though December 31. The dues selected here apply to the primary conference registrant.

To be eligible "Permanent (55+)" membership you must be 55 years of age or older and furnish age-verification (e.g., copy of drivers license). Upload a jpg, jpeg, gif, png, pdf file. Maximum file size is 3MB.

For FAMILY registration, list the family members who will attend:

Onsite Meals

Dining options near the conference are limited so we have arranged onsite meal options for purchase. We are required to pre-order from the caterers so all meals must be purchased in advance during pre-registration. We have vegetarian options available but we are unable to accommodate any special dietary requests.

Grafting Workshop

The Born and Bred program will offer a hands-on lab for grafting training led by Brandon Simmons of Foothill Farm Apiary, LLC. There is a $10 fee per person to attend the workshop.

Master Beekeeper Testing

Testing for all levels of the Master Beekeeper Program will be offered Saturday 9:00 - 11:00 am. Pre-registration is not required however, to help us plan accordingly, we ask that you please indicate any tests you intend to take at the the conference.

Bees and Honey Competition

The NCSBA will be hosting its Bees and Honey Competition at the Summer Meeting. Everyone is encouraged to participate. To help us plan, please indicate if you intend to enter the competition.

Donation for the NCSBA Distinguished Professorship in Apiculture at NCSU

Please support the endowed professorship. Your contribution of any amount will help establish a permanent position for an apiculture professor at NCSU. NOTE: Contributions to NCSBA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions.
