Advance Registration

NCSBA 2023 Spring Conference Registration

Fees listed below are advance registration fees. Walk-in fees will be $20.00 higher for Individual and Family registrations. Advance registration deadline is 11:59pm, Friday, February 24, 2023. Registration fees are non-refundable after Friday, February 24, 2023. If you would prefer to pay by check and register by mail, download the mail-in registration form.

If you are now or have ever been a member of the NCSBA you choose "NCSBA member". Your member number will be required. Your membership number can be found on your membership card. You may also request your member number using your email address. Members who renew their NCSBA membership through their local chapter should ensure that the payment has been completely processed (that is, submitted to the NCSBA and not being held by the local Chapter) so that their registration can be completed. You may also pay your NCSBA dues along with the conference registration fee.

Members who have NOT paid their Annual Dues for this year may do so by selecting one of the options below. Members who renew through their local chapter should ensure that the payment has been completely processed (that is, submitted to the NCSBA and not being held by the local Chapter) so that their registration can be completed.
Dues
Individual memberships are annual. Permanent memberships are a one-time payment. The annual membership year is January 1 though December 31. The dues selected here apply to the primary conference registrant.
Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, pdf, Max. file size: 3 MB.
To be eligible "Permanent (55+)" membership you must be 55 years of age or older and furnish age-verification (e.g., copy of drivers license). Upload a jpg, jpeg, gif, png, pdf file. Maximum file size is 3MB.

Non-member rates include 2018 annual NCSBA membership for the primary registrant.

South Carolina and Virginia Beekeepers are not required to join the NCSBA to attend the conference but are welcome to if desired.

For FAMILY registration, list family members who will attend:

Enter your spouse's NCSBA membership number only if they are a NCSBA member and will be attending. Their membership number can be found on their membership card. They may also request their member number using their email address.

Saturday Lunch

We will be offering a buffet lunch on Saturday provided by The Smoke Pit of Concord, NC. Advance meal tickets are required. A limited number of tickets may be available at the onsite registration desk. When the number of ordered meals is gone, there are no more so make your arrangements early.
